Minister Richmond Ata-poku is a spirit-filled minister of the Gospel through God’s Holy Word and Music. He was born and raised in Atwima Afrancho within the Ashanti Region in Ghana, West Africa. Minister Richmond is also known as “Fireman Rich” a name he got from his manager for his zealousness and passion in delivering God’s Word and inspiring others. In Ghana, Minister Richmond attended Poly and Winneba Asante-Mampong Campus to study Diplomat Education.

He grew up in the Methodist Church since childhood. Fireman Rich is currently based in Northern Virginia, USA. Fireman Rich is an emerging international gospel artiste with the special gift of touching souls and drawing others nearer unto Christ. He is also a prayer-warrior and a great counselor to many. He is seen by many amongst his community as a humble gentleman, intelligent, respectful, hardworking, passionate, and most importantly God-fearing. Besides, Music Minister Richmond also works in the medical field as a Sterilize Process Technician. 

Richmond’s role model is Esther Nyamekye. He says he loves her music because when he hears her songs it gives him great peace always and her lyrics are very powerful. His favorite song of Esther Nyamekye is M’aye Wo Kese3. Currently, Minister Richmond has one album to his name and about twelve (12) plus songs to his credit.

Minister Richmond has some interesting fun facts about himself. His favorite hobby is listening to worship songs. His favorite color is white. His favorite food is fried yams. His favorite fruit is orange. Minister Richmond’s top five (5) items on his wishlist are (1) further his education and acquire a bachelors degree in nursing, (2) expand his music ministry and release multiple singles for his fans and supporters, (3) buy his own house, (4) travel to Israel, and (5) to travel across the world to share her music.
