Angela Kwakye is a phenomenal talent who brings a lot of energy and excitement to her audience in all her performances. The young star was born in the Greater Accra region of Ghana and currently resides at North Patasi. Angela was born on June 21st, 1989 and raised by her biological parents Patrick Kwakye (Father) and Grace Mensah (Mother). Her parents were blessed with five children including Angela, their fourth born. Angela attended Akosa for JHS, Adventist Academy for SHS, and Jackson College of Education for her college.

Angela attends church at the “Presbyterian Church of Ghana” in Bantama; where she sings in the church choir. Angela’s vision is study music well and deliver to her audiece with deeper understanding. She says she want to be well-known throughout the world with her music and win a VGMA award in the future. Her biggest prayer is for God to heal people through her singing. Angela’s vision in life is to please God with her life, be a successful business woman, be rich with lot of money, have a beautiful marriage, and continue to grow and expand in all areas.

Angela’s role model is CeCe Winans. Angela explained to her management that she likes Cece Winans because she loves God, sings with understanding, produces good music that gets accepted by the world, the way she sings and performers, her smile, the way she dresses, and the opportunities she gets to perform in front of people like presidents, popular stars, and great people.

Angela has some interesting fun facts about herself. Her favorite hobby is dancing to music. Her favorite color is orange. Her favorite local dish is banku and okro stew. Her favorite fruit is apple. Angela’s top five (5) items on her wishlist are (1) to travel across the world to share her music, (2) get posted to work and to further her education, (3) be a good lyricist who can write music that will last long in the system, (4) build a big music facility for people to use for their special events, and (5) to help those in need with what God has blessed me with.
